Hi everyone Look and the picture down below - yes, it is me. Injury Man Unfortunetly my right shoulder hurts pretty much during bench press. I have been feeling a little discomfort during benching for about a month but I didn't realize that it can become something more serious. To prevent the worst case I decided to skip ALL pushing excercises during next two weeks and I started taking colagen (hope it will help a little bit). I wish i could start next training cycle without any more injuries!
