When I'm planning my workout for a day, I go through and add exercises by muscle group. I'd like to see what I did last time (if I've ever done the exercise before) but there is no option to do this, only delete it. A hold to view historical data (same view that you get from Home - Exercises - Triceps - Dips - Log) but from Logs - Select Date - Add - Exercises - Triceps - Dips would be nice.
