    Question about recording sets/reps of an excercise

    For example, on Mondays I do barbell bench press 5x5 and on Wednesdays, 3x12. Is there a way to record them individually? What I mean is that if I did 150lbs 5x5, then the next time I do 3x12, it would show 150lbs for my last log. So is it possible that when I do 3x12, it would only show logs for that specific set and rep? Thanks in advance.

    I don't believe there is any easy way to do this kind of recording. The only way I could think of to get around it would be to create two different custom exercises as barbell bench press #1 and #2. That way you can record each one at the different weights so it pre loads correctly.

    Yes I've done this for a couple of exercises but it's a bit of a faff.
