    How do I create an A/B workout that alternates?

    Hi All,

    I have an A/B workout -how can I get it to alternate for me? Is this possible?

    Just double the number of days as you enter it. For example (to save me typing) say you had an upper/lower A/B Spit enter it as:-

    Day 1) Upper A
    Day 2) Lower A
    Day 3) Upper B
    Day 4) Lower B
