Refrain from the starches! vegetarians are notorious for replacing meat with starches which as you know is just sugar waiting to happen. Keep the breads down. Find a place that makes juices and smoothies. Choose the less sugary ones. it can be expensive but if you replace a meal or two with juices and smoothies with your workout, you'll see results. also try an herbal detox. you can find some great ones online, but check for ingredients and to see if it's organic. Also Wholefoods has an herbal detox as well. Success!

why dont you try to eat guava. there is a zero amount of cholesterol in guava. Additionally, the carbs only exist in guava with relatively low amount as well. Meanwhile, guava contains many proteins, minerals and vitamins, not to mention its richness of dietary fiber. Therefore, guava is an ideal choice to make your appetite satisfied easily. You will feel full for a longer period of time after consuming guava. Surprisingly, even thin people can benefit from guava which is supportive for weight gain. As it is full of nutrients, guava can enhance your metabolism and nutrient absorption from foods. Source: https://wikihomenutrition.com/guava-health-benefits/
