Hi Friends.

I want to build a muscular body and I'm doing hard work for it. I'm doing gym from last 5 months but I'm vary confused with workouts. I asked my gym trainer many time what to do and when we should change exercise, which exercise is good, which body party effected from a particular exercise, but he did not replied me because he always give more focus those guy who buy supplements from them.

Please help me to know when we should change exercise combination, when we include exercise, how many sets we need to do and how many reps should do in 1 set. I read many websites and found there are many exercises but did not find any particular link where I can get exercise chart day by day, where I can know when I need to change or include exercise. Can anyone one help me to get exercises chart.
