T_H's workout log!

Hey everyone, how's it going?

I have always wanted a journal to keep my workouts listed but never had the chance til now. So I guess I'm just doing it on here, keep it updated from time to time.

Today wasn't much. Didn't hit the gym due to work but I did go for a quick run this morning. Diet is the usual. Maybe I'll post it on here when I get the extra time, too. For now, I'll just get started with this one.

Stats:
F, 5'8", 167lbs
I have yet to check my BF%

Hey again everyone!

So today I trained my arms and did the following:

15 minutes jump rope - I always try to incorporate some cardio before lifting

20x3 8lbs dumbbell alt bicep curls
20x3 8lbs pushup rows
20x3 8lbs triceps kickbacks
10x3 30lb triceps pushdown
10x3 bench dips
10x3 8lbs lateral raises
10x3 20lbs bent over barbell rows
10x3 8lbs shoulder overhead press

Preworkout: Just had a medium banana (I don't really take any supps, but I'm still doing research on that)
Postworkout: A cup of greek yogurt w/ berries

Did some body weight cardio today:

15 minutes jump rope
4x5 minutes burpees
4x45 second battling ropes
4x30 second battling ropes x burpees
20x4 wall balls
20x4 plank jacks
20x4 skater plyo
20x4 tuck jumps
20x4 high knees
20x4 mountain climbers
20x4 squat jumps

Okay so for the supplements, I've done a couple of research and found these stuff that caught my attention:

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/labrada/jamie-eason-signature-series-skinny-bugs-probiotic.html
http://www.gnc.com/Royal-Sport-LTD-Cardio-Rush-Blue-Raspberry/product.jsp?productId=65317406

The first one is formulated specifically for women, so I might give it a go. But I do need to know if anyone else has used that before? Also, I do like that they are in tabs, so that makes them extra convenient and time savvy for me.
As for the second one, it's a pre-cardio, and since my goal is to drop some weight fast, I thought it might work as fine for me. But like I said, I'm kind of new to this so I need your insights before I spend on the products.

has anyone ever tried these? Or if not, what are your pre workout supps? Any thoughts if tablets are better than the formulas or is it the other way around?

Thanks for the time!

So I did a little research again and stumbled across this product:

https://supplementreviews.com/body-fortress/shred-abolic-igniter

It's a thermogenic weight loss product so it might suit me well. Has any of you guys ever tried this before? Any thoughts?

I'd appreciate all your input.

Thanks and have a great day!

Today was a little hectic so I just went for a quick run with the dog this morning.

Pre workout was a cup of strong brewed coffee, while post workout were oatmeal pancakes drizzled with a little honey and a cup of soy milk.
