    Question Alternating Bicep Curls

    Newbie question: When doing alternating bicep curls -- or any alternating exercise -- how do you proceed when ONE ARM fails? Do you continue with the other arm or stop that set?

    Stop the set for both arms.
    On your weaker side, try to go for 1 more rep after a brief rest.
    Eventually, both sides will be even.
    It's normal to have inequalities on your body.
