I'm finally getting around to saying hello! I've been a serial start-stopper at the gym struggling to establish a habit but enough is enough. For the sake of my ambition to get into emergency services, I need to step it up.

How have you forced yourself into a habit?

I live with chronic fatigue – there hasn't been a day without constant exhaustion since I was child and just pushing past that takes all of my will. It's been a while since I've accepted I'll live with this feeling for the rest of my life so I can't let it get the better of me.
