I started weight training at 11 years old to supplement Martial Arts. I spent the next 15 years body building.
In high school while others where out getting "wasted", i spent my time in the gym. I was also a manager and personal trainer
Of a local gym from 97 to 2001. Ive modeled for Jan Tana and done work on several films. Today I teach and Train in
martial arts and after a 12 year break, started working out again.
