    Unhappy No points for workout

I logged my workout today and got no activity points at all. What's going on?

Please know that a user can get more points per day for workout session. and maximum that you can get for a valid workout session points is 20 time per month.

Also, there is a minimum of 7 mins of workout to be consider as a “Valid Workout Session”, If a workout session is shorter than that, then you won’t get points for that session. Then again, cool down period is also random.

So the scoring for sessions goes like this:
Finished a valid workout session, 20 pts
Finished 2 workout session within 4 days, 5 pts
Finished 3 workout session within 6 days, 5 pts
Finished 4 workout session within 8 days, 10 pts

Hope that is helpful and informative.

So if I do a solid 20 min HIIT workout on the indoor rower, that takes about 10s to enter and there is no rest period because it's a single 'set', I get absolutely no credit for it? Whoever made up the rules didn't think cardio was a workout?

I do a medicine ball drill twice a week that lasts about 20-30 minutes. I never get credit for that either!

    15 chest throws
15 torso twists to each side
    15 chest throws
    15 overhead slams
    15 chest throws
15 squats with a front overhead raise coming up
    15 chest throws

Repeat sequence for total of 4 sets

Seems pretty darn valid to me!
