    How Can I loss Weight?

    The forum is really very great source of knowledge about my fitness. I’ve been working out for loosing weight of 5 pounds within 15 days. This is very good post for me because I am also a Weekend Warrior. But I am working constantly for about a week. I have a little back pain.     Hi Sahiraj,

    5lb in 15 days is really good - congratulations.

    Could you post up what a typical workout looks like for you? Lower back pain could mean you may be doing a particular exercise incorrectly & putting your back under needless pressure. Or, if you've started doing something like treadmill running, lower back pain could stem from an inherent issue from your lifestyle or poor core strength.

    3. Bending Side To Side
    4. Walking
    5. Running
    6. Jogging
