    Help!!!

    I'm completely dense when it comes to what's good, what's bad, what works, what doesn't. I'm wanting to bulk lean muscle mass and can't make heads or tails of all the articles out there. Can someone help me get a meal plan started? ***PLEASE NOTE*** I'm allergic to fish of all kinds, so that's out of the menu plan.

    Hi,

    In order to gain muscle you need to be a caloric surplus (that is eating more calories than your body needs).
