Its for old folks that are past there prime and want to know how to get back in shape or get in better shape. I've been working this routine for about 3 weeks. The hardest part for me is always the diet. The work out is suppose to help people over 40 gain muscle without injury. The premise is that people over 40 tend to loose testosterone and the training is to help you increase your testosterone.
