    Back and Posture Problem?

    Currently I'm having a serious back pain, I asked my friends and they said that it's due to my wrong sitting posture for extensive time. They tell me to use some sort of brace like this [URL="https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071K5NVXV"]improve posture brace[/URL] but I'm hoping for more solutions.

    Back exercices

    Hi there,

    I believeyou need to start doing some back exercices to increase your muscle strengh and also include stretching routines. Stretching is awesome for back pain.
