    dont think he needs deadlift.
    but dont u think 7days rest for each muscle group is too much?
    how bout 2or3split if u trainer 4times/week?

    i do a similar workouts to urs except i do legs thursdays and tuesday i do back and biceps....wenesday cardio

    let me know on your next routines when you switch it up interested
