Well I have always grunted out heavy weights and split my body Chest/Shoulders Abs/Back Arms/Legs an example for me on chest would be Bench press flat, incline decline 3 sets of 10 with around 65kg..................

I have just changed things in a big way and now do all over body every day, pretty much went through the list on JEFit and chose one exercise from each section with 3 sets at 30 reps, this had me lifting baby weights and crying like a girl ha ha, so changed it to 3 sets of 20, to be honest it left me the next day knowing I had given my body a beating which is good right?

Now I have slightly modified it to first set max weight and 10 reps, set two and three at smaller weights and sets of 20, this seems to be working very well

Every day I do all over but different exercises, I am thinking day 7 I might just do stretching, considering I work shift work 12 hour days for 14 days straight its a bit hard on the body...................

Opinions on the heavy light sets?
