    Alternate exercises same day of week

    Is there any way to program different routines alternativelly in the same days of week? I need to do two differents groups of sholulder and chest exercises in consecutive weeks. How can I program it?

    In other order of asks... Is there a Spanish version or an easy way to translate all this stuff?

    I don't believe there is a means to do what you ask. What I would suggest is set up the routine with EVERYTHING you want to do. Then when you go to lift for that routine only pick the exercises you want; omitting the others for later when you do that in the alternate week of lifting.

    You could always setup two different routines, call them "Week A" and "Week B".
