    Exclamation 175 to 140 in three months?

    Doing core and strength exercises like ab workouts and using barbells? Do you think I can pull it off?

    You are asking A LOT. Is it possible? It would depend on a lot of factors including your age, your metabolism, your diet, your weight lifting program and your cardio program. I would not set yourself up for failure and pick a more reasonable goal as it could take up to a year or more; or for some people it may never be possible. This doesn't mean don't try to but don't be disheartened if you can't attain it. And remember, any loss you get is a good thing.

    It's doable, but not with just what you mentioned. Strict dieting will be key as well.
