il start off by saying im 15 years old, so im not old enough to become a proper body builder but ive been doing some kind of workout for about 2 years now (yes i started when i was 13..) and up till recently ive just been doing it to keep fit, but i have always wanted to join the RAF when im older (the RAF Regiment in particular) so ive decided i should probably start training a bit more now.

Basically ive joined Jefit to increase my fitness between now and when i join the forces, as it will be useful for that kind of lifestyle and because when im older i dont really want to be overweight or anything :l
