    Intermittent fasting and its effect on muscle mass

    Has anyone had success in using intermittent fasting while maintaining, or even gaining muscle? Have been reading Jason Ferruggia's The Renegade Diet and am keen to give it a go.

    I would probably call myself a hard gainer, given my body type, but am still carrying more bodyfat than I would like. I like the idea of not necessarily bulking/cutting in cycles but I know a lot people out there are saying there is no other real way.

    Is anyone living proof that intermittent fasting and mass gain do go together? Would love to hear about your experiences.
