    I'm heading to sea side also, Skegness in the morning! 4 days with children so will no doubt be cheating more than once over the next few days. Fish sup is defo carb day. Wish I could staple my mouth shut sometimes and not just for eating purposes!

    Decu68 – probably easier mentioning the foods you don’t react to! Must be quite tricky working them?

    Hasn't been too bad. I get a hankering from time to time and wish I didn't have these allergies but even a little of the severe list makes me sick so that is enough of a detourant. And it helps me to eat cleaner and have seen good results due to this in my health and physical appearance.

    i remember when i use to feel like that. like opening a bag of chips and not being able to stop eating them at a sensible point. honestly tho once you have a healthy lifestyle its easy to stop doing that. its just a bad habit and you can learn to stop it. i have cheat meals like i said, but sometimes after i have them i literally feel like shit. my body feels sluggish and crappy.

    That feeling is enough for me to control myself on my cheat days. I eat things I normally wouldn't but still in moderation. Otherwise I feel like death.

    ya me too. the worst tho is the day after drinking lol i always feel like a beached whale.

    Hey,

    There are so many cheat foods but my favorite cheat food is Apple Pie ala mode and Delivery Pizza. And all cheat food is very best.

    the best cheat food of mine is french fry with garlic sauce its just awesome to eat it and also healthy as its oil free from where i get it
