Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. I have been on Jefit for a while, but not actively using the program. When I first started using the program, it was cumbersome. I am getting use to it now and wanted to take advantage of the new features.

I workout 6+ days per week, on average. I mix between weights and cardio. Once I have an opportunity, i will upload my current routine (which changes every 4-6 weeks) and some of my progress pics.
