Casein is a really thick protein. Always have to mix it with water. I thought the taste was alright
I make a pudding out of my casein, it's very simple. Heat up 8-10oz of water right before its going to boil. Mix it with the casein powder until it's completely smooth. Place it in the fridge for about an hour or till the casein has a pudding texture and dig in!
