    Help with creating a routine.

    Hello all. I'm just getting back into PT however, I'm not too interested in getting huge or anything. Cardio is my thing I'm trying to lose a few pounds so, I run a few times throughout the week and have changed my eating habits. I would like to get more toned/stronger though. Does anyone have any suggestions?
