    Need help.

    Need help.
    I lost 11kg weight.last i was on 84kg and now on 73.now i am confused about which body will suits on me bulky or lean.
    Now on my body there is no muscle but am not looking like skinny guy i have still fat on my left and right of the tummy have heart type fat.
    So can any1 suggest me regarding this and also suggest good intermediate workout plan.

    Fitness training

    I would say if you are a beginner and using dummbles then start with 5 kg each and do more repetitions. After one week if you are used to with that increase the weight to 8 kg or 10 according to your preference.

    I recommend start with 5-6 sets daily and increase it after week by week.
