    tjwood - before and 1 year on

    OK so I've now been working out regularly for a year. I'm not quite ready for a magazine cover :-) but I'm definitely pleased with my progress (and my girlfriend who I've been seeing since September certainly likes it!)

    This is December 2010. I'm 193cm/6'4" tall, 76kg/168lb

    This is today - January 2011. 87kg/192lb

    Definitely thickened up that mid section and trimmed up the legs. See now just imagine if you bought all those supplements you hate. Looking good so far.
