    High Sodium? I know you are picking less sodium options, but it is probably still far greater than it needs to be!

    I do not know where you live, but I started a program called Deliverlean which sends me 4 meals a day, low carbs and sodium, but with 240grams of protein minus breakfast and my workout shake. Food so far has been quite good, and I am forcing myself to eat things I usually (still do) hate.

    That's what I'm thinking. It's easy to hit a days worth of sodium from Subway alone.

    Had a burger from Wendy's the other day. Man have they got better! Actually had a lot of flavor. Sure it was terrible for me, but it was that or not eat. Stomach said that or else...
