Damn the rain!!! I don't want to cycle to the gym in this weather, but it looks like it's going to last for several days!!!

I guess I'm going to need to use the bus if gym-time is going to happen...

    Kind Regards
    Dave

    PS. Yes, I know, I'm a wuss....

So the weight loss finally plateaued out at 71.0kg. I decided to increase my calories from 1200 to 1700 (which is about my BMR) as part of a slow increase into Lean Weight Gain territory.

But it so happens that many of my meals last week, as a result of visiting family etc over the Easter runup, were over and I weighed in, when I checked, at 71.5kg and then at 71.7kg. I thought it might be a good idea to go back down to 1200 Kcal for a few days. The consequence of this is that today I weighed in at 70.7kg!!!!

    Kind Regards
    Dave

Rain stopped play on Monday (which was early closing because of Easter anyway) and Tuesday, but I finally made it into the gym today.

Caught up with Monday's Chest Workout and did Wednesday's Arms and Forearms workouts. Most of my weights increased this week so that was good.

Annoying that I spent about 30minutes of my workout waiting for equipment to become free though... This was particularly annoying with the decline bench cause the guy that was using it was doing flat benchpress, biceps curls, rows, triceps extensions etc on the bench, and he didn't need to be doing any of that on the decline bench (there's only one decline bench in the whole gym!). Grrrrr!!!

If I can do Shoulders and Back tomorrow and then Legs on Friday then I'll be up to date. Let's hope the rains stays away... (I also have swimming tomorrow - this also involves getting wet, but there is a crucial difference!!!).

    Kind Regards
    Dave

Part of my forearm workout involves standing with two 20kg Dumbells. Although all the motion is in the forearms, it would appear that this also hits my shoulders (by analogy to Shrugs, I suppose) as my shoulders are sore today. As a result I made a decision today to defer working shoulders until at least tomorrow.

    Still going swimming tonight though.

    Kind Regards
    Dave

So last week I did a great Chest workout and a great Arms workout.

Didn't achieve anything else last week though (apart from swimming).

Start again today. Just did another great Chest workout. A good Arms workout too, weights did not increase as significantly as last week, but I was able to increase my dumbell curls and I was able to increase the cable weights.

    Kind Regards
    Dave

Nice work, nothing like a bit of visual gains.
