    "Nrichment milk drink"

Anyone ever heard of this drink?
basically a milkshake aimed at gym users/sports players etc

Has a 4:1 ratio of Carbsrotein

    Per can
    1940 KJ 462kcal
    21g protein
    67g carbs
    11.8 fat
    100% daily vit A,D,C
    84% daily B1,B2,Niacon,B5,folacin,B12,iodine
    and 89% Calcium

Just wondering what some of the more informed Jefitters think? is it worth getting and using regularly?
and would it be better before, or after a workout?

And it's only about 50p a can compared to about £2 per serving of protein/mass gainer etc

Yikes 67g carbs? Mostly sugars I assume? Seems like a milkshake with a scoop of protein powder in it.

    That is from 400g
i think it's mainly aimed at runners etc hence the large amount of carbs, but as a weight gainer or something it's pretty good considering the price, ease and taste

Depends on where those carbs come from. A weight gainer/protein powder is likely going to pack more useful ingredients such as BCAAs. BSN's Mass Gainer for example has 50g protein in water (68g if you use 2% milk), but only 14g carbs from sugar (36g for milk) per serving.

There are less expensive options out there. Optimum Nutrition makes a gainer type product and they tend to be cheaper ($40 for 6lbs).
