A broken leg years ago, have caused a visibly glute imbalance. I have been working out with heavy weights for 8 months now, but i can't progress in squat because my hips shifts to the side to compensate for the weak right glute. In cable kickbacks it's very difficult to activate the right glute. It's like all the surrounding muscles takes over.
Does anyone have advice on how to recover this glute imbalance?
