    Workout

    Hello,
    Im going in the gym 4 days a week but started working alone. Human body has 5 parts to work on:abs,back,chest,legs and arms.
    Can anyone help me with my workout plan? Thanks in advace!

    Hi there, I think for workout you need to have a trainer who can guide you well.
