    What is your most dreaded excercise?

    For purely entertainment sakes... In your opinions what are the most dreaded excercises? Everyone has different routines. However, there is always an excercise or two people are not excited for. What excercises do you do that you go, "Aww Crap."

    I HATE shoulder presses. With a passion. Doesn't matter if it's a dumbbell or barbell. Hate 'em.

    Leg press/squat are mine aswell, even if the actual exercise goes well, the lack of strength in my legs after i finish an try to walk and nearly fall is enough to make me hate it!
    Even worse when the way out of my gym/to the water is up a slant which is not fun to walk up with wrecked legs! haha

    See I love squats and deadlifts. Granted I feel like I have jello legs afterwards. I really get focused when I'm doing them. Maybe that's why.

    Well Played

    I understand on those... the jello legs is very valid and i can see the shoulder presses. Squats suck period haha so to true on that one. Mine honestly is Weighted Bench Dip... especially afterwards knowing you can take my arms and beat myself with them!

    Rotary ab machine or dumbbell side bends - I love working out my abs, but these are always a source of disgust and hatred for me.

    Side bends are rough! Abs hurt for days after those.

    Cardio by far!! I would rather lift all day until i can't move anymore than do cardio LOL.

    I now formally retract this statement. It is now pullups. I completely suck at pullups. Tried them for the first time (as part of the routine) today. First set: 6, second set: 5, third set: 3, fourth set: just stared at the bar... I'm weak as hell with these.

    What is your most dreaded excercise?

    Cardio.....I really hate it but also love the way it really works. Love hate relationship for sure.
