Ab workout that works...

I am looking for ideas to add to the AbCore portion of my Strenduro routine. What do you do for abs that have showed results?

I use these for my ab workouts:
- Dumbbell Side Bends - http://www.jefit.com/exercises/exercise-database/?id=80&exercisename=Dumbbell-Side-Bend
- Reverse Crunches - http://www.jefit.com/exercises/exercise-database/?id=338&exercisename=Reverse-Crunch
- Exercise Ball Crunches - http://www.jefit.com/exercises/exercise-database/?id=60&exercisename=Exercise-Ball-Crunch

I guess I should add that I don't have a six pack yet. But my obliques are pretty awesome.

I do barbell side bends and sitting dumbbell side bends which work nicely and the reverse crunches is something very similiar to my double leg kickups I do except for the legs are bent in a reverse crunch and I have never been one to use an exercise ball (must be my ego)

The swiss ball is manly. They come in colors other than pink. You get a full range of motion with it compared to normal crunch style exercises. Give it a shot sometime. You'll be surprised.

I've found a decline crunch works best, either on a bench, or using a machine like the lat pull down, sit on the seat and hook your feet under the actual machine and lean back as far as possible for each sit up

or sit on the seat facing away from the machine holding the cable just behind your head and do cruches that way
