    Need some motivation!

Been getting stupidly annoyed with Dumbell curls/incline/hammer curls!

For whatever reason i've not been able to get anywhere near increasing the weight, or the reps by any significant amount in about 7 weeks! and i'm getting dangerously close to just chucking a dumbell across the gym after i fail!

there was a week or 2 for some reason i managed to up the weight by 2.5 KG, which i assume was my creatine kicking in, then was straight back down since then!

on the 3rd of the 5th i did 10 KG for 8 reps, 8 reps and 6 reps
Today, i managed 10 reps and 8 reps on 10KG and 4 in 12.5 an they were after small breaks then carrying on during the reps!

    getting bang on my tits!

but for example with my wide lat pulldown i started on the 3/5 50KG - 8, 55KG-8 and 60-5
And today (which was abit of a bad day), 60-10, 60-8 and 65-5, not the greatest of improvements but improvement none the less!

    Gaahhh i hate Biceps!

    Thumbs up muscle confusion

I would try some muscle confusion exercises, I have heard that works when you hit a wall, just try changing up your routine and exercises.

Hey another JEFIT employee! You should switch up your routine every 4-6 weeks. Even if that means simply reversing the order of the days (e.g. move Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Thrusday, etc).

You may have overtrained a bit.
For the exercises where you have stalled, try dropping 10% of the weight for the next 2 workouts so you are sure to get your reps and some recovery. Then begin increasing weight by small bumps, even smaller than the 2.5kg if possible, for the workouts going forward from there. Slow and steady wins the race…
