    I don't get that. I've seen that elsewhere. Sometimes with a balance ball.


    Doesn't seem worth the risk to me.

    What the? Ahh. Those are under back. That's probably why I missed them. More of a leg exercise aren't they? The lower back is there for support, but I believe the movement is mostly hamstring.
