Thread: Ronin210's Log

Rest today and a little cheat for eating mexican food. I just posted my level two workout. Please feel free to let me know what you think. I'm actually creating a level four workout program but I need to structure it to where it works after pushing yourself through three months of hard work.

Another day, another workout. Saw more people view my level two workout but the rating wasn't high. Oh well, can't win everyone over. LOL.

Humid and nasty thick air. The run today was wicked but it just motivated me to run faster.

This humidity has been killer here as well. You sweat before you've even moved. But I love a good sweat as well. Makes you feel like you did some work.

The humidity never stops a true motivated person. I got my sweat on for sure today with the Navy Seal workout with the TRX and then the Ab Ripper X to top it off.

Mixed up run today. Did my 1/4 mile sprints and then took my son to the park. He really wanted to go on those swings.

Today's long distance was four miles in 30:03. Not too shabby since the Army requires your four mile run in 36:00.

More nasty humidity but it didn't stop me from running outside with temps around 100. Gotta love motivation.

Same here. Impromptu run with ~110 heat index. Crazy hot = non-stop sweat.

Yeah, I was sweating madly the whole time. I got some breeze on my cool down though. It was nice.
