    Hello JEFIT Community

    Hello and good afternoon... I am Alexander and I am looking forward to get my training on. I found this app on my android phone and read the reviews and people seemed to rave about it, so I thought why not... Now I am like bodybuilding.com who? It's MySpace all over again, lol. Well after a shoulder replacement and a year of recovery I am ready to return to the world of bodybuilding and looking good... Looking to loose weight and bulk back up... So any and all suggestions would be great... thanks and have a great weekend...

    You've got a bit of an conundrum there. It's tough to lose weight and bulk up. What's your current routine/height/weight?
