I can get enough protein from my chicken breast . In my region Chicken breasts are comparatively cheaper than same amount of protein powder . And more have more protein than protein powder .
The only think I am missing is additional BCAAs .
So should I buy some BCAAs supplements or stick with my Protein powder ?
( Currently I am using Ultimate Nutrition 100% protein ISO )
I am focusing on cutting and also I take 1g fishgel and multivitamin everyday .
