Thank you! I am "mostly plant based", meaning I still do eat cheese. My life and routine has changed a whole lot in the past few months, and I now am at home most of the time, as I go to school full time, on-line. I am currently training for a 15K (knees willing), but routine looks kinda like this: Mon - ST / Tue - run / Wed - ST / Thur - run / Fri - rest / Sat - run / Sun - I prefer to rest, but plan calls for a XT, like walk or a bike. What would be a good plan or go to when the munchies hit? I found during the summer classes that, with the kitchen right there, and kids here, it was asy to grab chips & munch as I worked. Don't want to get back into bad habits! Thank you! Helen
