Hi all, The past few weeks i've been taking fitness a little bit more serious. To get results more/faster results i've using some supplements. Pre-workout, Post-workout, Protein, Sport vitamines, a calorieburner, ZMA before sleep, all that. But i'm wondering about the intake of certain ingredients and their effectiveness. I've googled but perhaps i'm using the wrong search query. Isn't there a calculator in which you could enter your supplements so to see your ratio against an advised amount of that ingredient? For example Glutamine, BCAA’s, Creatines, Taurine, L-carnitine, etc, how much do i need it based on X amount of exercise intensity? Thanks in advance!
