    Interesting routine, thanks for sharing. The prescribed sets pr week for most body parts (tri/bi/chest/back) don't seem to correspond with Israetel's suggested MEV listed in the reddit thread you're linking to. Are these volumes what you've found are the MEV for you personally? Also solely lunges for the lower body, what gives?
