Hey Dude it is good to back to train after being sick but its hard so you can do this ( accord to my personal experience ) : 1 - warm up , warm up , warm up , warm up 2 - full body workout in low volume & low intensity for at least month 3 - you can listen to some hard music to pump you up 4 - i did some pre work out to help me get back ( beta alanin + citruline malat + caffeine + bcaa ) before work out that was make me on fire
