My name is Gary and I'm new to the group here.
I've just starting to get into the JEFIT app and really like it so far.
I'm a member of Planet Fitness of Woodbridge Virginia.

At 54 years old I consider myself some what fit.
6'4 and 225lbs. Slim build.
But I've really at this age come to understand the importance of staying active.

My goals are increasing my cardiovascular strength and endurance.
Build out of a little muscle mass.

For beginner training and conditioning I've chosen the 3 Day Split routine.
Monday, chest and triceps. Wednesday Back and Biceps and Friday Legs.

Generally how many weeks do you follow this routine before switching or advancing to another one?
