    good luck and welcome...i myself and getting back into working out...42 and looking to get some what fit again...

    Welcome ... listen to your body ... it will talk a lot to you as you get into it. Clean up your diet and work on consistency and proper form for all your activities .... if you have not conditioned for a while you will need to get your joints and stabilizers going again. App is pretty easy to use once you get used to it ... reach out if you have any questions.
