    New to JeFit (Dallas)

    Hi all,

    Got on the app a couple of weeks ago and have enjoyed having the workouts and tracking features. Thought it was funny last weekend when I received an email saying I had lifted a 'Semi Truck' the prior week . About a year ago my wife got me into the Whole 30 diet and I lost 40 lbs. which motivated me to get into the gym. I have been a bit 'aimless' in my approach, so this has been a good app to get me honest in my workouts.

    Hope to engage more with the community and keep the motivation going (not always easy once you hit mid 40's and work a desk job).
