Hi there from the Hunter Valley in Australia.

At the start of last year I was a very unfit and overweight 51 year old, and decided to do something about it. 12 months later I had lost 45 kg (99lb) and looking to exercise more regularly. I originally started off doing body weight resistance exercises, but wanted to do more. So at the beginning of this year I started building up a modest home gym to get a bit more serious.

This was when I went looking for a fitness app to help record my workouts, and I found the JEFIT app. I used and enjoyed the free version of the app for about a month, and have just subscribed to get access to the extra features, such as workout plans and also the ability to store more of my personalized workouts.

Enjoying it so far,that's for sure.
