    Question Anyone have a list of the ways to earn activity points and what their cooldowns are?

    Pretty much the above. Really annoying trying to figure out how often I should bother updating stats etc in order to still get points out of it. Not to mention how cardio doesn't count...

    Also how many minutes are needed for a "valid workout"? I've seen one Jefit worker say 7 minutes, another 20+...
