Hello FitFam...I just started using the app and find it awesome. This is my first forum post (be kind ). I'm incorporating Yoga into my routines twice a week, mostly for flow and stretching. I'm not really looking for a high-intensity yoga/cardio workout (I know there re different kinds but don't know all of the proper names). Does anyone have some good links to programs on here or YouTube videos that I could use? Thanks!
