    Old guy from New York

    As the subject line says, I am an old guy trying to keep moving. I try to mix weight training and running. Arnold doesn't have anything to worry about.

    I have always used my small notebook to record my workouts, but I thought I would try using my phone. Jefit is working great for me so far.

    Jefit is great, I used a notebook for 20 + years until I decided to get with the 21 Century. I am 60 and I am doing the same, trying to keep fit and at least try to hold back the effects of aging, like bone density loss, keeping a fit heart, muscle deterioration.

    plus it just feels good.
